- Workshop systems for checking bikes in, quoting, recording jobs, contacting the customer when extras pop up, assessing correct parts needed and ordering, storing and organising bikes in, bikes out
- When to do yourself and when to send to a specialist service centre. Building wheels vs buying pre-built
